“I would like to thank Legacy for the fantastic job they did replacing my heating furnace. They absolutely went up and beyond the call of duty taking care of my heating issue when they were not even the origional installers.
Here are the facts.
My wife and I had our new home built and have been in it for a year and a half. Trademark Mechanical origionally installed our heating unit. During the night (0200am) our smoke alarms went off and part of the house filled with smoke. The fire department was called. They responded, vented the house and determined the smoke came through the vents via the heating unit. The heating unit power and gas was turned off.
Next day Trademark Mechanical (original installers) were called and a tech showed up. He could find nothing wrong with the heater other than it pre maturely shut itself off after running for a few minutes. I was charged with a $99.00 service call.
After two weeks I received a call from the tech at Trademark Mechanical and he stated he would me at my house at 0800 am for further analysis.
After waiting for 5 hours for the tech to show up I called the Trademark office and ask where the tech was. They told me his wife had a baby and nobody else was showing up. I ask why somebody didn't have the courtesy to call me and the only answer I got was "we will have somebody call you".
Tony from Legacy calls me after hearing about my issue and immediately sent techs to investigate my heating unit. They are also unable to diagnose the issue. Without any hesitation Tony tells me we can't trust the heater so Legacy replaced my entire heater, free of charge and never charged me a service fee.
This is absolutely going above and beyond the call of duty and is a wonderful lesson on legacy taking care of their customers. Legacy, you have my business for life.
